About the position
As Head of Sales, you will be at the forefront of our growth. You’ll lead, inspire, and drive results—both individually and through your team. You'll drive revenue growth through direct sales while building and leading a team that delivers extraordinary results. Key responsibilities
As Head of Sales, you'll be instrumental in accelerating our growth by:
• Directly managing and closing strategic sales opportunities while simultaneously building and coaching a high-performing sales team
• Developing and executing our sales strategy to establish Stellar Capacity as the market leader in digital leadership education
• Building and nurturing a high-performing team by recruiting, coaching, and mentoring a results-driven sales team to exceed ambitious targets
• Expanding our footprint across Sweden and internationally through both open enrollment and custom education programs
• Creating tailored solutions by collaborating with our program development teams to address evolving client needs
• Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers as their trusted advisor in digital transformation
Profile
Stellar Capacity is looking for a dynamic leader who is as passionate about sales as they are about building and leading a high-performing team.
The ideal candidate brings:
• 5+ years of proven B2B sales success, consistently exceeding ambitious targets in complex solution sales
• 2+ years of sales leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams
• Strong consultative selling skills and experience managing enterprise sales cycles from prospecting to close
• An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and drive results
• Deep interest in digital transformation, AI, and emerging technologies
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills in both Swedish and English
• Strategic thinking ability to identify market opportunities and execute growth initiatives
