Wes talked about leadership with the CEO of NCC, the Archbishop and the Swedish Association of Communication Professionals in Almedalen.

The panel debate was organised by the Swedish Association of Communication Professionals and the discussion was about the fact that a CEO should not only run their company, but also society, in a sustainable direction. Which is why, when recruiting leaders, it has become all the more important that the candidate’s values correspond with values that the company wants to be associated with. Nusin Cilgin, Head of Research and Interim Management at Wes, contributed with her expert knowledge in the panel debate in Almedalen, together with Antje Jackelén, Archbishop, Cecilia Schön Jansson, CEO, the Swedish Association of Communication Professionals, Therese Lundstedt CEO, Aktieinvest and Peter Wågström CEO, NCC.
