Wes is appointed winners of a DI Gasell Award 2018!

We are proud to announce that Wes has been awarded a DI Gasell Award by Dagens Industri for 2018. The DI Gasell Award annually awards the fastest growing Swedish companies where sound finances are one of the key criteria, and Wes has been selected. As Wes has grown organically, we have continued to bring about change, making a difference and modernizing the executive search industry and increasing the diversity on the market. The purpose of the award is to celebrate companies that creates jobs, drives growth and inspires others. We couldn’t be happier to receive this award.

Now we have proof that an inclusive approach in recruitment processes and a more innovative search methodology gives our clients greater opportunities to compose diverse management teams and executive boards; thereby increasing profitability and more attractive organizations. Since 2007, Wes has placed more than 700 leaders, out of which 80% have been women. But, we are just getting started!
