CEO & Co-Founder
Liv has more than 15 years of experience in the executive recruitment industry and has previously worked at Bohmans Executive and Hudson Global Resources, and was Regional Manager at Academic Search International. Prior to that, Liv worked in the finance industry having held positions such as Marketing Manager at Nordic level for GE Capital. Liv studied Behavioural Science, followed by studies at Berghs SOC and is certified in OPQ and MQ via SHL, as well as Decision Dynamics.
Senior Consultant & Co-Founder
Nusin has worked in recruitment and executive search for more than eight years, and specialises in identifying and recruiting key individuals for managerial positions. She has previously worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hammer & Hanborg, with a focus on the marketing and communication industry and has also worked at Prime PR. Nusin has a degree in Corporate Finance as well as Media and Communication Studies from Mid Sweden University and is certified in OPQ and MQ via SHL.
Partner & Senior Consultant
Amelie is a Senior Consultant with more than 15 years’ experience from the executive recruitment industry and was previously Managing Partner at Michaël Berglund Executive Search. She has a comprehensive understanding of business processes in general and of assessing management teams and of board consulting. Prior to that Amelie has a background in sales and marketing from insurance and media industry within Codan-TryggHansa and Modern Times Group. Amelie has a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Uppsala University and is certified in OPQ, VMG and NMG via CEB SHL Sweden. Amelie is authorized via ESK – The Swedish Association of Executive Search Consultants. She is member of IVA’s Business Executives Council.
Sara has a background as CEO and board member within the insurance industry. She works in various fields within Executive Search but is specialized in senior executive role roles in banking, finance and insurance. She has previous experience at another Executive Search company where her main focus was to build their insurance portfolio. Prior to that, she worked for almost nine years as CEO of the Swedish Insurance Society, a member organization for the insurance industry where she founded the site Forsakringsjobb.se, built the commercial education line of business and developed an extensive network. Sara is a member of the board at Länsförsäkringar Stockholm and part of their accounting committee. Previous work experience includes Marsh and Agria. Sara has a master’s degree in Business Administration from Uppsala University, exchange studies from the University of Sheffield, studies in PR as well as Media and Communication Science from Stockholm University, and has attended Ruter Dam.
Agnetha is a Senior Consultant with more than 15 years’ experience from managerial roles in Retail, Telecommunications and Banking sectors both in Sweden and internationally. She has extensive experience in recruiting executives, finance professionals and other key employees. Agnetha has a background from Assessit and Horton International. She has a comprehensive understanding of business processes in general and of assessing management teams. Agnetha has a B.Sc. in Business Administration from Uppsala University and is certified in OPQ, MQ and Verify via SHL.
Per has a background from HR Management positions in various global companies and organizations, both Swedish and American companies such as Ericsson, Danaher and Avanade. He has also worked for The Red Cross. He has five years’ experience as an Executive Search consultant at Headlight International and Accord Group. Per has experience from various industries, both as a consultant and as an employee, and is especially experienced from tech companies within telecom, IT, energy and manufacturing. Per has a B.Sc. in Human Resources from University of Linköping and a University Certificate in Energy Technology from Mälardalen University. He has gone through coaching education according to International Coach Federation’s training requirements for ACC-certification. Per is a partner of the global consultancy firm Avvartes.
Wuendy works as Research Manager at Wes and has extensive search and recruiting experience. She has worked with recruiting and human resources since 2007 in Sweden as well as internationally. Her most recent experience is from the executive search firm Proximo Rekrytering. At Proximo, Wuendy worked as Researcher, on assignments within Consumer/Retail/FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction/Real estate, Banking/Finance, Healthcare and other Services areas. Previously in her carrier Wuendy held the position of Talent Manager at Universum and was responsible for the company’s recruitment operations throughout Europe. Wuendy was raised in Venezuela, has a degree in Management & Organization skills and Labor Law from Stockholm University, as well as a Master’s degree in Language and Translation from the University of Pau in France.
Rebecka works as Research Manager at Wes and is also a Project Manager. Previously, she served in leadership and management positions, including as VP Strategic Initiatives and VP and Director External Relations and the iDeas Lab, at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS), a top-ranked national security and foreign policy research organization, in Washington D.C., USA. She also has extensive project management, recruitment and talent development, strategy, administration, and communications experience. Prior to that she was a project manager and research assistant at the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), where she supported high-level dialogue projects. Rebecka holds a MSc in Comparative Politics – Conflict Studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a MA in International Relations and Middle East Studies from the University of St Andrews.
Henrik is part of Wes’ strong team of Research Managers. He has worked with C-level Executive Search assignments in the Nordic private market since 2017, most recently joining us from Burro Advisors. Having helped clients in multiple industries, he enjoys the challenge of adding value to an organization by finding cross-industrial solutions. Henrik has a Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations from Stockholm University. His studies focused on organizational performance from an internal and external viewpoint.
Rut is a graduate from the Stockholm School of Economics and has always had an interest in social sustainability, which can be displayed in her TED-talk. Throughout her studies she was chosen as the Equality Representative of her university and as the president she often worked with diversity-related issues. Most recently, she worked at Northvolt and she is also one of the Co-founders of the organisation Ambitious Sweden.
