Wuendy Cardenas

Wuendy works as Research Consultant at Wes and has extensive search and recruitment experience. She has worked with recruiting and human resources since 2007 both in Sweden and internationally. Prior to joining Wes in 2019, Wuendy was a Researcher at the executive search company Proximo Rekrytering, where she worked on assignments within consumer/retail/FMCG, manufacturing, construction/real estate, banking/finance, healthcare, and other services areas. Previously, Wuendy held the position of Global Talent Manager at Universum and was responsible for the company’s recruitment operations throughout Europe.

Wuendy grew up in Venezuela, has a Master's degree in Language and Translation from the University of Pau in France, and completed her studies in Sweden with courses within management, organization skills and labor law from Stockholm University, as well as studies in Swedish for academic level from the same university.
