Per Svahn

Per has a background from HR management positions in various global companies and organizations, such as Ericsson, Danaher, Avanade, and the Swedish Red Cross. He also has extensive experience as an Executive Search consultant, including at Headlight International and Accord Group, prior to joining Wes. Per has experience from a range of industries, both as a consultant and as a manager, and is especially experienced from tech companies within telecom, IT, energy, and manufacturing.

Per holds a B.Sc. in Human Resources from the University of Linköping and a University Certificate in Energy Technology from Mälardalen University. He is also a leadership coach and is ACC-certified according to the International Coach Federation’s training requirements. Per is also a partner at the global consultancy firm Avvartes.
