Per Fornander is a Senior Advisor at Wes. Per has worked with Executive Search since 2016 och has a background as CEO and division manager in several Nordic companies in the financial sector. Per works with recruitment of board, CEO, and management roles in all types of industries. His long experience from senior positions in both national, Nordic, and international companies, allows him to quickly understand the challenges a candidate will face. Per also works with second opinion and coaching of leaders facing changes,  transformation, and transitions.

Per has extensive experience working with the business sector, examples of previous clients include Länsförsäkringar, DnB, JCDecaux, Paradox Interactive, Gjensidige, Movestic, Marsh and McLennan Co, Söderberg & Partners, Zürich, Gar-Bo, ClimateView, Resurs Holding, Standout Capital, Axfood, Bonnier, Veolia, Collector, Solita, and others.

Per is a market economist with a degree from IHM Business School (1992). Per is certified in all of CEB / SHL's assessments, including professional, personality, and skills tests, and Cubik's PAPI personality tests.
