Neda Järnland

Neda is an Executive Search Consultant at Wes. With a solid track record in the professional recruitment and executive search industry, Neda is a seasoned professional who has been delivering value to clients for over a decade. 

Neda has refined her skills in globally renowned firms, specializing in executive roles and C-level searches. She was previously at Heidrick & Struggles, where she specialized in chief executives, board of directors and senior level management assignments. Prior to this she worked at Michael Page, one of the most global professional recruitment companies.

Neda’s extensive background in Executive Search covers a wide array of industries, including FMCG, Retail, Insurance, Professional Services, Industrials, and Pharmaceutical. More recently, Neda has ventured into independent consulting, further enriching her expertise in the Nordic market. Her adaptable approach and genuine interest in understanding organizational culture and needs makes her an asset in the recruitment arena.

Prior to joining the recruitment industry, Neda held a Senior Sales position at an international firm based in Barcelona. In this role, she managed and budgeted projects for producing special advertising reports for leading magazines such as Fortune, TIME, The Economist, and Miami Herald. She worked closely with business leaders and senior government officials to produce tailor-made investment reports, working in diverse locations such as South Africa, Brazil, Turkey, Guatemala, Jordan, Syria, Trinidad & Tobago, and Albania.

Neda holds a M.Sc. in International Business from Södertörn University, with a specialization in marketing.
