Marcela Mieres Eneroth

Marcela Mieres Eneroth is Senior Consultant at Wes. She has long-proven experience and deep competence in Executive Search, recruitment, selection, and special experience in LinkedIn. She has started and run her own companies and worked in startups, family businesses, and international listed companies. For over 15 years, she has successfully recruited hundreds of executives, managers, and specialists to both entrepreneur-driven and established listed companies.

Marcela has worked in a number of different industries, as well as government and member-based organizations. Previous clients include Jernhusen AB, Skanska, Sweden’s Financial Supervisory Authority, SEB, Handelsbanken, Sigma ITC, Apoteket AB, Systembolaget, Folksam, ICA, Ellevio, WWF, EKN, Inditex, Hunky Dory, Syversen, Centerpartiet, the Swedish Public Employment Service, Riksteatern, Save the Children, and others.

Marcela holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration and Management from Stockholm University and is certified for all CEB/SHL’s personality and cognitive assessments. She is also a Quality Certified Executive Recruiter from ESK (the Association of Sweden's Authorized Executive Search Consultants) and sits on their board.
