Lena Gatenborg Mohns

Lena Gatenborg Mohns is a senior consultant at Wes. Lena has 20 years of experience in creating value and business benefits for clients and customers. She has wide and extensive experience from business development, board work and positions of trust, and works with recruitment of CEO, board and leading roles in a range of industries. Previously, Lena worked at MPS Sverige, Mindmore, and Bonnier, among other experiences. With a deep expertise in leadership, executive search, and assessments combined with a strong entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, she is regarded as a valued advisor to clients.

Lena holds a M.Sc. in Psychology from Stockholm University, where she also worked in research; studying traits, leadership, and assessments, drawing on her deep experience in personality and evidence-based assessment processes. She is a certified professional coach according to ICF's guidelines, experienced in career and executive coaching, and certified within Pearson Assessments.
