Carolina has more than 10 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, business development, and leadership consulting. She has served as CEO of Wes since November 2021 and is responsible for leading the way ahead and continuing to develop the company. She also works with strategic consulting, executive recruitment, and leadership development at board, executive, and management levels.

Previously, Carolina held several positions at Alumni (then part of the Harvey Nash Group), including as Managing Director Alumni Academy, Business Director, Head of Leadership Consulting and Senior Consultant in Board, Executive Search and Assessment. Prior to that, she served, among other things, as Secretary General of the Friends Foundation and has extensive experience in building collaborations between different sectors to create sustainable societal change, both nationally and internationally. Carolina also has board experience and ran her own consulting business with a focus on gender equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Carolina has a degree in political science from Stockholm University and is certified in several personality tests and assessments.
