Tempo is key. We start from Wes' regular Executive Search process, but tailor it for companies that need a faster and simpler process. With this approach, the steps and timeline are slimmed down. In doing so, we also adapt certain conditions and materials, and parts of our more extensive Executive Search process are instead available as additional supplementary services.
