McKinsey’s most recent report on gender diversity boasts ten years of research and insight that builds the case for gender equality in the workplace.
McKinsey produced Time to Accelerate: Ten years of insight into gender diversity within their Women Matter series in October 2017, exploring the positive economic impact from increased gender diversity and showing how to make change happen within organizations. The publication paints the picture of the distribution of women in top management positions today, while also including facts and insights regarding the barriers women face, reinforcing the case for change and making change happen. The study includes perspectives and insights from many engaged individuals from business, government, academic and social backgrounds to shed light on gender parity in the workplace.
